I followed the directions for installing the license. I tried both, adding it to the web.config and uploading the file to the bin folder. Neither worked, I continue to see the watermark. I purchased the server edition if that makes any difference.

Diane,
I've sent you an email. You've purchased the wrong license - you need a Flash Video license, and you've bought a Video license. They're different products.
As I've said in my email, if you want, I can transfer the license for you.
