Can anyone suggest a fully .Net compliant component for converting video file formats on the fly? Specifically, I want people to be able to submit video from their cell phone (.3gp format), and then I need to programatically convert that format to other formats for display on the web, that is, AVI, MP4, MOV, WMV, MPEG, FLV, Real Video, etc.

If there seems to be enough interest, we may very well make one in the future. What features would you suggest we should build into a real-time .NET Video encoder?
