Hi , I was wondering why it takes so much time to answer a question/Reply on the forum also there is no E-mail that we can ask for support and when you reply the question and we reply back to the answer again there is no answer back , we have purchased the product as you know and we are really like to place an order for one more additional developer license ( after we solve our issues ) but the support is really important to us can you please publish your support hours and the ways that customers can contact you ( except Support FAQ ) , http://www.aspnet-video.com/forum/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=739Thanks in Advance

Hi Dave I understand that you are under pressure here - but - the support we offer is a support community - not a tech support team under SLA. The feature you are trying to implement is beyond the scope of the API. So there isnt an easy answer We are trying to develop you a workaround. Hi Jake , Thank you so much for replying i was waiting for your answer listen regurding the playlist encryption i understand that it's going to take time and some hours to develope that's why we don't mind paying for it do you think it is possible to have fixed dll soon ( again we don't mind paying for this if the price reasonable ), please reply ASAP .
